The cards that our presses manufacture are precision cut 99LB paper with dimensions of 3 1/4" x 7 3/8". These dimensions are required when machine reading and processing of the cards are required. They are refered to as tabulation card, punch card, 50/81 tab card, header card, time card, ballot card and many more. The stock is limited to white, but any color printing is available. No printing is also an option. Any corner configuration is available square or round as well as one corner cut. A stripe can be added to the top of the card for easy identification when a mix of cards are used. Several different colors are available for the stripe. Our presses have the ability to print two over one allowing for two colors on one side and one color on the other often used when a timing mark is required on one side of the card. We can custom make your cards from your supplied sample.

We can custom make any card to meet your needs. All we need to make a plate for manufacturing your cards is a digital image or sample. We'll do the rest.

In addition to card manufacturing and printing, we also provide punch card data processing. This means converting your electronic data or information to punch card data which can then be read and processed by card reading equipment. This can be anything from Amano time cards that are used to identfy a particular employee when he clocks in or header cards that preceed a batch of ballots to identify a certain precinct that the ballots are from. The punched data is then read and printed at the top of the card. The printing equipment can also be programmed to print in other locations on the card if so required.
